A little more than maps.
A lot of the inspiration for my maps comes from spending time in the places they represent, especially on my bicycle. But there’s plenty I enjoy closer to home, too: a good film, music, and the company of my cats.
You’ve seen some of my work. Here’s a little of the person behind it.
Off the clock ↓
Mapmaker. Bike rider. Happy to take the long way.
A FEW THINGS I MAKE TIME FOR
A long ride. A good film.
A place I haven’t been.
I like having something to look forward to, whether that’s a bikepacking trip or just settling in with a movie at the end of the day.
01 / OUTSIDE
Taking the long way.
Cycling is a big part of my life, from rides around the Front Range to longer bikepacking trips. I like getting to know a place at the pace of a bike.
Bikes, back roads, and a reason to get outside. Oh, and going the sauna.
02 / BACK HOME
Something worth getting into.
When I’m home, there’s usually an album playing and a book or movie I’ve been meaning to get to. I love a film that leaves me thinking about it for days, and I’m always up for talking through what made it stick. Outside of that, you can often find me at the sauna, slowing down for a bit.

THE COMPANY I KEEP
The cats.
And Tycho.
I share my home with two cats, Mazzy and Little Buddy. Tycho, the dog I’m fostering, is here too.
Mazzy
My tabby, and the older of the two cats. A sweet angel.
Little Buddy
My black cat. Also known as B, Barney, Barnabus, or Big Buddy, depending on the day.
Tycho
A sweet, energetic Shepard/Boxer mix I’m currently fostering. He loves smelling flowers, playing fetch and is currently water curious.
AT THE MOVIES
A few favorites.
A few films I love. You can find more of what I’m watching on Letterboxd.
